30-day Exchange & Refund Policy
At Hottest Jackets, we offer a 30-day exchange or refund policy. If you have any queries, you can email us your query or contact our customer support team. Our representative will contact you within 24 hours to resolve your issue. However, after 30 days, no exchange or refund will be entertained.
If you want to initiate your refund or exchange process, then email us at. Moreover, please indicate whether you want a preferred size or a refund. Regarding size exchange, we need to check whether your desired size is in stock.
Defective Items
If your item is defective or you have received a different product than your original order, email us within 30 days. Kindly attach an image, order number, and original packaging logo to ensure a smooth process. Moreover, add a little description of the defect to help us better understand your problem.
If a mistake is made on our part or a defect is developed during manufacturing or handling, we will replace it if necessary.
Exchange Items
In addition, exchanges are based on size availability. If we don’t have the required size, we will refund the full amount for your product. Please email us your order number, the original packaging logo, product image, and fault description within 30 days. However, if we find that the obtained product has violated our rules, we will not proceed with it.
Note: Ensure the product has its tag on when it reaches us; without a tag, you will not receive an exchange or refund.
Cancellation Of Order
If you want to cancel your order, submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing it, including your order number. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount.
However, if we receive a request after 24 hours, or if you cancel it after 24 hours, 25% from your paid amount will be automatically deducted.
In addition, if you want to cancel your order during the shipping process or before arrival, 25% of your paid amount will be automatically deducted along with shipment charges.
